Heat Stress Care Campaign launched
Nass Contracting initiated its Summer Heat Stress Campaign during the 4th week of June, in cooperation with Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labour.
The campaign followed a 'Heat Stress Care' theme and included series of medical check-ups for workers on site, followed by a heat stress seminar to all safety managers and supervisors.
The seminar introduced heat stress, heat exhaustion and heat stroke symptoms, prevention and remedial procedures to be followed at construction sites.
