Brief Description:
Development of the existing Corniche with land area of 272,344m² into high end retail facility consisting of build-up area of 83,800 m² which includes a mall building of 81,900m² (inclusive of 16,850m² basement and 400m² mezzanine) and external buildings of 1,900m², and external works development of 222,000m² consisting of a parking lot for about 1,000 cars, driveways, landscaped Corniche, boardwalk, walkways, etc. The Stage 1 Works Package covers the piling, basement and main mall building up to ground floor level.
Scope of Works:
? Mobilization.
? Excavation, dewatering and lateral support where required.
? Piling, pile caps, basement raft slab, retaining walls and ground floor grade slab.
? Temporary hoarding along EWA corridor.
