Nass Corporation EGM Approves Agenda
Nass Corporation held an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) at A. A. Nass Auditorium, Applied Science University, AlEkar in the Kingdom of Bahrain on 14th December 2016.
The EGM approved all items on the proposed agenda, which included the minutes of the previous Extra Ordinary General meeting held on 21st March 2016, and amendments to the Memorandum and Article of Association of Nass Corporation in accordance with legislative decrees.
The EGM also approved the registration of a new branch and/or a subsidiary company of Nass Contracting Co. W.L.L (a subsidiary company of Nass Corporation BSC) CR No. 17537, in the United Kingdom “U.K” in order to explore potential business opportunities for Nass Contracting in the UK market.
Mr. Adel Abdulla Nass was also authorised to sign on behalf of the Company in regards to documentation required by Bahrain Investors’ Centre, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and to sign the amended Memorandum and Articles of Association of Nass Corporation BSC.
